My passion is to write in such a way that the Lord Christ might be pleased. It is my hope that people will be challenged to reconsider what are considered the givens of the current culture.
Your biggest help to me dear reader will be to often remind me that God is Sovereign and that all that is, is because it pleases him.

The nature of the State is that they operate via coercion. This is ordained, baked into the cake, if you will. The only question is who will be doing the enforcing and what laws will they enforce. Evidently Christians enforcing God’s Law is objectionable to “Rev.” Strachan. So he will get what he wished… the heathen enforcing godless laws. He has no right to complain when they mandate his euthanization after a statutory age, the conscription of his sons and daughters to fight in senseless wars or to serve as concubines in the Governor’s harem, or in his zoo. On what grounds could he object?
Deut Ch 4 disagrees with Owen… clearly these Laws were NOT just for OT Israel. They were holy wisdom for ALL nations, and at all times.
5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?
8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?
By this logic, in the Old Testament Israel, was the kingdom of Judea ever authentically “Yahwist”?
Psalm 2 seems to be a good tool to use for forced conversions of government
