Do you have some recommended reading on the Post War Consensus debate? I’m trying to get some awareness into these recently contested matters.

I don’t know of anything that deals directly with the current angst but here are a list of books that if read will give you the context of why people are justly complaining about this “post-war consensus.” (That really is a bit of mislabeling since the post-war consensus is just the final flowering of all that was pursued in the post-enlightenment consensus.)
