Merry Christmas Greetings — 2021

While shepherds kept their watch by night
God sent His only Begotten Son into the World
Very God of Very God and
Very Man of Very Man
He is the Image of the Invisible God
The Firstborn over all creation
The Revelation of God proclaimed “He is the Light of the World”
The Angels spoke of Him in terms of “good tidings of Great Joy.”

He is before all things and
In Him all things consist
With the Promised coming
The Nations shall make their way to pay Him homage
And the families of the earth will be blessed
The Great King has come
And He has saved His people from their sins
And so far does His Triumph extend
That all things are reconciled in Him

Let now the Praise of God be on our Lips
And a double-edged sword be in our hand
For the service of His Kingdom
and the Praise of His Name
Remember, Believe, and Act upon
During this Advent Rejoicing
“God Gave the Word
Let us be the great company who proclaims Him.”

  1. Hello,Brother and Blessed Christmas Greetings from the Philippines,Land of Idolatrous Catholics! Today our ears were treated to non-stop secular audio garbage courtesy of karaoke “singing” here in the ‘hood– by the vain and the drunken of all ages.It is torture, and the decibels off the charts. They simply don’t care. But divine mercy has intervened and it has ceased. For now. It is truly the Days Of Noah. I loved this poem! Creative and Biblical. Thanks for all the hard work and insight you put into your articles through the year.I don’t know how you churn out the quality as well as the quality. It is a comfort to know there is a remnant, even though here The Elijah complex kicks in once in a while. Only 7 years and about 10 weeks until my theeescore years and ten have arrived.I think we are both 1959 models.Lord bless your health and ministry in the coming year.Looking forward to more articles ,Lord willing. SDG! Prov 27:17. Matthew 1:18-25. 🙂

    1. Thank you David for your kind words.

You are correct… we are both 1959 models, though my score & 10 doesn’t arrive till almost August.

I understand the Elijah complex but I am blessed with a solid congregation and some good and solid friends across the country I talk to on the phone every once in a while.

I am blessed to have these people around me.

Merry Christmas David. If you ever get back in the states come visit me.
