It Is Appointed Unto to Men to Die Once… and Then the Judgment

I am old enough to remember my Great-Grandpa Plumbeck’s funeral. He died in 1971 when I was 12 and at least as I recall his funeral was the first funeral I ever attended and so my first introduction to death as up close and personal. His daughter — my Grandmother Laura Jacobs — died 23 years later in 1994. A generation having turned since her father’s death I was now of the age to be officiating funerals having been called to the ministry and I officiated her funeral and that of her husband’s (my grandfather) who died eight days after her.

Now another generation has slipped away since 1994 and now Walter Plumbeck’s grandchildren and Laura Jacobs’ children — one in the same — are shedding this mortal coil and are being summoned into eternity by the only God who is — the Christian God. In 2021, 27 years after we buried their Mother and 50 years after we buried their grandfather Plumbeck we buried two of Laura’s children (Uncles Ralph & Jim).

None of them — not Walter Plumbeck, not Laura Jacobs, not Ralph Jacobs, nor his brother Jim lived anything but full lives. Walter was 85, Laura 75, Ralph was 80 and his brother Jim was 76 when they each respectively received their summons from God. They all exceeded the promised “three score and ten” of which God’s word speaks.

Of course, this means, by necessity, that Walter Plumbeck’s great-grandchildren and Laura Jacob’s grandchildren (one and the same) will be the next generation to follow Walter, Laura, Ralph, and Jim in the way all men must go. That would be the generation of my siblings, cousins and myself. Our great-Grandparents have gone. Our grandparents have gone. Our Parents and Uncles and Aunts are now slipping into eternity and with the turning of another generation (20-25 years) we too will follow. It will come and go in the blink of an eye. Then, the worst of all to contemplate will come — it will come after we are gone — our own children will experience the ultimate consequence of sin and will die. Our children will meet what the Scripture calls “the last enemy,” and will traverse the shadow of the valley of death.

So, goes the march of God’s providence. One generation rises up while the previous passes from the scene and yet it all happens so suddenly and so quickly despite the fact of our knowing that it is coming and is inescapable. For example as to the suddenness and quickness of it all, my Uncle Jim who we buried Saturday (27 November 2021)

Just two or three weeks prior to Uncle Jim’s death and only shortly prior to getting ill himself he attended a funeral of someone who was murdered by the Deep State as a result of the purposeful release of the Deep State virus.

There Uncle Jim was, comparatively healthy, attending a funeral with no way of realizing that in a very short time his kith and kin would be attending his funeral.

Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. (James 4:14)

It seems — this whole death thing — at one and the same time, so odd and yet so natural. At the end of it all, when this life ends it will matter most if you will continue to live after death.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in Me will live, even though he dies.  26 And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. (John 11:25-26)

Given that reality why be so unconcerned with the claims and work of the Lord Jesus Christ? Why be so listless in thinking through what comes next after this life? Why continue to ignore your sin problem and the fact that the wrath of God abides upon the children of disobedience?

Prayer

Lord Christ thank you for being merciful to me a sinner. By thy grace awaken people to think about the end before the end is upon them. Grant them grace to be conversant with their sin and grant them grace crowned to be conversant with the only answer to the sin that stands between your just wrath that appoints men to eternal death.

Be pleased to open men’s eyes to the Good News of Christ for sinners that is the Gospel of Jesus Christ as that Good News is properly understood in a Biblical and Reformed context. This is a boon that we beg of thee.

1.) What strikes me here is how quickly they will flatten creational distinctions and natural connections and affections. It really is grace flattening nature, disguised as “piety.” This is never a move that Reformed people would make. Reformed people have constantly said that “Grace restores nature,” but these Anabaptist believe that “Grace ignores or destroys nature.”

Reformed piety, contra Anabpatitst/Alienist piety demands that our obligations flow outward in a series of concentric circles of (primarily) natural duties.

2.) Normally I would say that only a Baptist could reason like this. There is the surrender of corporate/covenant categories in favor of the individual above all. This is exactly what Kalergi desired in his vision of the NWO he desired to create. As long as these people can’t see or think in corporate / covenantal categories we will never be able to reconcile or even to communicate it seems. These people may not be Baptist by name but if they are not Baptist they are Baptisterians. They certainly aren’t historic Reformed. We know what the Reformed thought on this subject thanks to Achord & Dow’s book and it was the very content that the Kinists put forward that finds them turning into a pack of werewolves howling at the moon.

3.) Keep in mind that the chaps who are members of this FB group are Wilson types of “Reformed” Christians. If this is what Wilson is producing how can anyone think that Wilson is going to lead us to the promised land?

4.) All because Ralphie insists that they are not of the cultural Marxist tribe that screams “WOKE,” or “everything is White supremacism,” or “racism” that doesn’t mean that they don’t belong to the Cultural Marxist tribe. After all, a fish seldom is able to identify the water it is swimming in. These people are drinking from the well of Cultural Marxism and they don’t even realize it. That kind of phenomena is seen all the time.

5.) It is true… they read what we post but it is also true that they are reading what we write through their Anabaptist Cultural Marxist lenses. Of course they think we are wrong. People with a non-Christian Worldview will always think people with a Christian Worldview are wrong and they will swear it is not because of any a-priori faith commitments on their part.

6.) Why “especially New Covenant?” Is this a Baptist reading that says that the New Covenant snuffs out EVERYTHING said in the Old Covenant?

7.) Everything else that is said is what Marxists have been saying for centuries. It was what Count Coudenhoven Kalergi said. It is what nobody on this planet Christian or non-Christian (except for Cultural Marxists and Fabian Socialists) said before the end of WW II. But y’all are historically ignorant. In the end the ultimate vision of these “Christians” is the same vision of the New World Order types with the exception that they think the vision of the New World Order types can exist as being Christian. They are the toadies of Saruman thinking that his Sauron like creation would be an improvement on Sauron’s New World Order vision. They are not beyond repentance but unless they repent they remain the ideological offspring of Saurman’s mixture of Elves and Orcs.

Joe Carter Will Have to Joke Harder if He Expects to Gaslight the Based Crowd

The Gospel Coalition, known by the more fitting sobriquet as “The Godless Coalition” strikes again with a wonderfully jejune article displaying vast amounts of hebetude titled;

“The FAQs: What Christians Should Know About the ‘Great Replacement’ Theory” by Joe Carter affectionally known by his intimate friends as “Joke Harder.” Honestly, when I read pieces like this and lift my head and look around I have to wonder if these guys are on such powerful drugs that they are experiencing a different reality than we non drug users. I am not going to analyzed Joke’s entire article but below are some quotes from the article followed by my analysis.

“The Great Replacement theory is the latest version of a century-old white genocide conspiracy theory. At the root of the theory is the claim that “elites”—especially Jews—are deliberately plotting to reduce or eliminate white people in the United States and Europe. The claim is that this is being done primarily by promoting interracial marriage and immigration of non-white populations, who are assumed to have higher fertility rates than whites.”

McAtee responds to Joke’s idea that this is a “genocide conspiracy theory” by quoting President Bite-Me when he was VP.

“Forms of white genocide theory have been floating around the United States for more than a hundred years. White nationalist groups adopt it as a foundational truth and have primarily used it to oppose interracial marriage and immigration from non-European countries.”

Would Joe be aghast if Thabiti Anybawile (born Ron Burns) or Voddie Baucham or Ibram Xolani Kendi (born Ibram Henry Rogers) wrote about the need to secure the existence of our people and a future for Black children?  Why is it considered White supremacism for White people to desire to survive both now and into the future? Especially in light of the fact that;

Personally, having dealt with Joe in the past and knowing the typical line-up of writes that the Godless Coalition employs I am only surprised at the expense of the Gaslighting in this article.

Even by the standard of the United Nations there is an ongoing attempt to genocide White people;

An Example of the WOKE Reformed Clergy … McAtee contra Barnes

Below is an example of something I posted earlier today. This post was intended as satire to the end of mocking the WOKE crowd. Instead I heard the screams of Rev. Doug Barnes taking exception. It seems that Doug took it not as satire but as another piece of proof of how racist I am.

First is my initial post and then Doug’s repsonse. Following that I will post my response to the good Rev. Barnes;

Bret’s initial post

You know you’re talking to a White Supremacist when you learn that

1.) They are employed full time
2.) They talk about books they’ve read
3.) They paid off their student loans
4.) They have a professional or technical degree
5.) They regularly attend a non-Pentecostal church
6.) They drive with paid up auto-insurance
7.) They have superior credit rating
8.) They’ve never been finger-printed by the Police
9.) They distrust the Government

10.) They remain married after 20 years and their children reflect all the previous

Now clearly, this is all spoken as if it might be posted by someone who is full on WOKE. Therein lies the satire. Personally, I believe everything above is normative. However, in 2002 the Smithsonian Museum told us that these kind of traits were examples of White privilege, White Supremacism, and systemic racism. Everyone (except maybe Doug) laughed then. I figured it would be another laugh for folks.

But Doug charged in to come to the defense of Jesus thinking I was attacking his Jesus.

Go ahead — look them up, and let them evaluate your heart. OR … harden your conscience by condemning the messenger who brings God’s Word against the pride with which you exalt yourself.

You keep on citing those passages. I do not think those passages mean what you think they mean in the context of this conversation. Unless of course you think that being humble means taking Christianity as a real life death cult.

I’m not sure what you have against the 10 listed above as they are merely what we would expect Biblical Christians to pursue. Or maybe your beef is with just Biblical Christians in general.

Look, Doug, I know you are being earnest and somewhere in your chest there is the conviction that you need to rescue Christianity from my “racist” claws.

Indeed, I do not doubt that you are concerned for my eternal soul. Just as I am for yours and the people sitting under your misdirected ministry.

Is the Great Replacement a Conspiracy Theory?

Recently, the Cultural Marxist Lugenpresse with their Corporate Political allies have been breathless in their ravings about the dangers of the “extreme right and their Great Replacement conspiracy theory.” They go on about this as if they themselves have not openly spoken of their desire to see the White man replaced.

Yet, it indeed has been the case that in the highest halls of power we have heard this desire for a Great Replacement articulated. Here are but two examples;

Clearly, if the Great Replacement Theory is a conspiracy it is a open conspiracy. The fact that the Cultural Marxist left can hyperventilate about “The Great Replacement conspiracy,” can only be accounted by the fact that they are counting on the usual hebetude of their viewership.

Indeed, one could easily argue that Great Replacement is at the core of the designs of the NWO and the Great Reset. We see replacement everywhere. Everything distinct is being replaced by everything non-distinct so that the result is a interchangeable cog culture. Distinct races are being replaced by the mulatto and the mélange. Distinct genders are being replaced by the hybrid and the sexual amalgam. Distinct ages, if the pedophiles could have their way, would be replaced by the ageless child pursued for the purpose of bedding.  Distinct cultures are being replaced by the NWO uni-culture. Distinct faiths are being replaced by some retarded version of Bahaism and/or “can’t we all just get along-ism.” Instead of the idea of Great Replacement being a conspiracy theory it is the theme of our epoch and only disingenuous fools with an agenda want to tell you otherwise.

The saddest thing about all of this is that the “conservative” Christian church is leading the way in support of the Great Replacement. Whether by championing the browning of America by its refusal to listen, learn and speak out against our Replacement, or by insisting that if people really love them some Jesus then they will embrace the fact that it is a sin to prefer to worship with people who share a common race, ethnicity, and faith as if Jesus hates it when His worshipers have those matters in common. None of this is to say that it is a sin for a congregation to be multi-racial and/or multi-cultural so long as it is preaching the faith once and forever delivered to the saints. It is only to say it is not sin for a congregation to be uni-racial and uni-cultural as long as it understands that the Kingdom of God is made up of people from every tribe, tongue, and nation in their tribes, tongues, and nations. The “conservative” Christian church is doing more than any other American institution to advance the agenda of the Great Replacement.

In all this we must keep center before our minds that the greatest loss in the continued pursuit of the “Great Replacement” is not the loss of our genetic inheritance, as great a loss as that would be. No, the greatest loss were the Great Replacement to succeed would be the loss of Biblical Christianity for a untold number of generations. It is Biblical Christianity after all that the cultural Marxist proletariat most hate — pulling down the house of the White Man is just the means to that ultimate end.
